Aciraft-RD Capsules

Aciraft-RD Capsules are a fixed-dose combination of Rabeprazole Sodium (Enteric Coated) 20 mg and Domperidone (Sustained Release) 30 mg, formulated to provide comprehensive management of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders associated with delayed gastric emptying.

Rabeprazole Sodium is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells. It effectively reduces acidity, heals acid-induced mucosal damage, and relieves symptoms of heartburn and reflux.
Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal motility, improves gastric emptying, and helps control nausea, vomiting, bloating, and early satiety.

The enteric-coated and sustained-release pellet formulation ensures site-specific drug release, prolonged therapeutic action, and improved tolerability. Aciraft-RD is widely prescribed in GERD with nausea, functional dyspepsia, reflux esophagitis, and acid peptic disorders requiring both acid suppression and prokinetic support.

Composition
Each hard gelatin capsule contains:
Rabeprazole Sodium IP 20 mg (as enteric-coated pellets)
Domperidone IP 30 mg (as sustained-release pellets)
Excipients q.s.
