Dolomef Forte Suspension

Dolomef Forte Suspension is a combination of Mefenamic Acid and Paracetamol formulated as an oral suspension for effective relief from pain, fever, and inflammation, especially in pediatric patients. Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic and analgesic, reducing fever and mild to moderate pain, while Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that provides additional anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.

This dual-action suspension is commonly prescribed in conditions such as fever associated with infections, headache, toothache, earache, musculoskeletal pain, and inflammatory conditions where both pain relief and fever control are required. The flavored syrup base improves palatability, ensuring better acceptance and compliance in children.
